CARROT DAY

Today, during lunch break, Delischool decided to celebrate carrot-day!

Carrots were present in several dishes such as a salad and a soup for starters, as a side dish in the main course and in a cake for dessert.

After lunch, 2nd graders under the guidance of Ms Michel were invited to take part to a “piñata” game. Blindfolded and armed with a stick, students tried to break the carrot-shaped structure so as to get the sweets hidden inside.

They were lucky enough to bring home carrot-flavoured biscuits homemade by our Chef Nicolas Bouynet.

Thanks to Ms Diana Lecorne who made the papier-mâché piñata full of sweets for the children!
