FRENCH CLASS

WHEN 8th GRADERS (group B) STAND BEFORE THE CAMERA…

As part of a French class about topics such as family, friends and networks, 8th graders (of group B) worked on various media.

Literary texts provided them with an opportunity to discover the adventures of children evoking their own circumstances, families, chums and pals, joys and sorrows. Movies such as Lord of the Flies, War of the buttons, or Viper in the Fist served as a starting point for exchanges about friendship and the concept of group. Songs such as that by Renan Luce “On n’est pas à une bêtise près” or “Carmen” by Stromae served as basis for voicing texts. In the end, hearing about Yann Arthus-Bertrand’s project entitled “7 billions of others” opened new working perspectives to us and here is the result!

Huge thanks to Mr Jourdannaud, LFKL’s technology teacher, here in charge of video editing!
