The legal existence of LFKL in Malaysia is established through legal instruments registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia, Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) and audited and monitored by a Company Secretary, a registered company dedicated to monitoring corporate governance.

Following the vote at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 9 December 2021, the operation of LFKL Berhad is now governed by a new constitution and a set of Bylaws of the company.
